Keyboard
Where most students begin, and where a good number of them stay. Scales, chords, sight-reading and the song they actually came here to play — all inside the same hour.
Trinity theory exams scheduled for 14th November 2026. Rockfest 2026 is likely scheduled for December.

Founder & Proprietor · Medley Music Academy
After gaining five years of experience in the field of music education, I envisioned creating a space where learning music would be more than just mastering an instrument—it would be about discovering passion, building confidence and expressing yourself.
With this vision, Medley Music Academy was born on 1st October 2014. Our aim is to nurture every student’s musical journey with the right guidance, individual attention and a strong foundation, while keeping the joy of music at the heart of everything we do.
Music from the soul.

What we teach
Each one runs from the very first lesson through to a Trinity College London grade — theory and practical, at whatever pace the student sets.
Where most students begin, and where a good number of them stay. Scales, chords, sight-reading and the song they actually came here to play — all inside the same hour.
Classical technique and proper repertoire, with the weight of a real key under the finger. Built for students working toward a graded exam.
Acoustic or electric. First chords, then a whole song, then holding your own part steady while four other people play theirs.
Rudiments, timing, groove. Taught so that a beginner can sit in with the academy orchestra within the year.
The written half of a grade, taught alongside the playing — so the paper is never the thing standing between a student and the next certificate.
Breath first, then pitch, then a voice that holds steady on its own. Warm-ups, ear training and real songs with our faculty, until singing in front of an audience feels like the natural next step.
Testimonials
“Ankeet Sir is an excellent teacher. He is kind, friendly and, more importantly, patient with my kids. He has vast musical experience.”
He is very patient with the students and always contributes his 100% in bringing out the best in the kids.
From the last 7 years Ankeet Sir has taught both of my children guitar and keyboard and trained them for many competitions, school concerts and Trinity London examinations too! He is very friendly, approachable and my children enjoy learning music under his wing.
Ankeet is an outstanding keyboard teacher who excels in every aspect of music education. My child is lucky enough to learn from him since a young age and be a top rank holder in Trinity exams.
Teaching across Mumbai ever since.
Averaged across 42 Google reviews, written by parents and students.
Group classes alongside one-on-one lessons, with equal attention given to every child, regardless.
Students are prepared for Trinity College London grades, theory and practical alike.
The teacher
Ankeet founded Medley in 2014 and still teaches most of its students himself. Ask a parent what makes it work and the answer comes back in two words: patience, and the knack of leaving a child wanting the next lesson.
Playing for people is treated as part of the training rather than a prize for finishing it. Students are put in front of an audience early — school concerts, competitions, the academy orchestra and its rockfest.
